We are a reputable construction company in Dubai seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) field within the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage MEP projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Ensure all MEP installations are in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Review and approve MEP plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator in the UAE construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, local building codes, and regulations (e.g., DEWA, Empower, Tabreed, SIRA, Etisalat/Du, etc…).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP-related software.
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
- Proficiency in international codes & standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
