We are hiring a Site Supervisor with a strong MEP background to manage and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for interior fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating site activities, supervising subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards, and maintaining project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute MEP works as scheduled in the project program.
- Supervise MEP workers and progress of works against the project program.
- Coordinate with site engineer on civil and ID teams for work alignment.
- Read technical drawings and ensure correct implementation in cooperation with the site management.
- Monitor quality, safety, and timely execution of MEP site works.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover formalities.
Requirements:
- High School/Secondary Technical Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Any Skill Trade is a must.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering is an additional advantage.
- Good english communication skills - verbal and written.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant site experience working in a construction/technical services industry.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems and interior fit-out processes
- Excellent coordination and leadership skills
- Familiarity with local codes and safety standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
