We are urgently hiring a skilled and experienced MEP Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience working across multiple sites and managing teams of 10 or more technicians, with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supervising MEP works at different project sites.
- Proven ability to lead and manage 10+ technical staff (electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians).
- Strong organizational and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Sales experience or a sales-focused mindset is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
- Create and manage weekly maintenance schedules for multiple sites.
- Lead and monitor a multi-disciplinary team of technicians.
- Oversee all MEP installations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Ensure HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems operate efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts across sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, internal departments, and suppliers.
- Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in budget preparation and resource planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor in a facilities or maintenance role.
- Experience managing teams of 10+ employees across multiple locations.
- Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Valid UAE manual driving license is mandatory.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and health & safety standards.
- High school diploma required; technical diploma or trade certification preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., HVAC, CMRP) are a plus.
