The Monetization Strategy & Operations Manager must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, be flexible and able to take initiative when working independently or as part of the wider team. This role focuses on Data, Strategy, Reporting, Projects.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to test assumptions and implement solutions (e.g. Product, Finance, Creatives, Measurement, Marketing) to test assumptions and drive conclusions.
- Translate complex data into strategic recommendations for leadership. Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Drive reporting & analytics: Create dashboards and insightful reports and recommend actionable solutions to drive business growth.
- Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, customers and derive actionable recommendations.
- Drive monitoring of commercial performance, e.g., defining and tracking key performance metrics, developing performance dashboards, assessing business operations trends.
- Conduct weekly deep-dive analyses on business performance, ad metrics, and product.
