Job Title: Office Manager – Real Estate & Accounting Operations

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Office Manager with hands-on experience in real estate sales, property rentals, and accounting. This role is ideal for a commercially savvy professional who can manage day-to-day office operations, lead client transactions, and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
You will serve as the operational backbone of the business, coordinating property sales & leasing activities, overseeing administrative workflows, and maintaining accurate financial records in line with UAE laws and international accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Sales & Leasing
- Manage property listings, client inquiries, and viewing schedules.
- Conduct property tours and negotiate sales or lease agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors.
- Stay current on Dubai real estate market trends, freehold/leasehold regulations, and competitive pricing strategies.
Office & Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day office activities, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate with external service providers.
- Implement efficient processes for document management, client onboarding, and property marketing.
Accounting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records, including sales revenue, rental income, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and reconcile trial balances, VAT submissions, and monthly financial reports.
- Support annual audits and ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE accounting standards.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in real estate sales/leasing and office administration.
- Strong knowledge of UAE property regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- RERA certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
