INNOVEX Agency is seeking a results-driven and highly organized operation Manager who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and can ensure flawless project execution by coordinating across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee multiple marketing and creative projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with creative, design, content, digital, and media teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
- Schedule regular check-ins, stand-ups, and updates with all involved departments.
- Ensure all departments are aligned with project goals and deadlines.
- Communicate project progress and blockers to management proactively.
- Identify project risks and resolve issues before they affect delivery.
- Ensure quality standards are met before client delivery or internal review.
- Maintain documentation for all project-related activities.
- Assist in resource allocation and workload balancing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing, creative, or digital agency.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, digital, and strategy teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and deadline discipline.
- A keen eye for detail and quality.
- Must have experience in operation/project management, preferably in a marketing, creative, or digital agency
