Job Summary
Medvision Co. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations & Logistics Officer for its Dubai office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily logistics, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with administrative requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Operational Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations related to inventory, logistics, and store maintenance
- Receive and organize goods
- Ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of the store
Inventory & Documentation
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against delivery documents
- Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Prepare regular inventory reports for management
- Accurately complete and file shipment-related documents
Logistics & Delivery
- Handle deliveries to end users in a timely and professional manner
- Collect outstanding payments from clients upon delivery or as scheduled
Administrative Coordination
- Update the registration status of the company and its products with relevant institutions
- Maintain company requests with banks, ministries, or customers
- Prepare and update basic reports and memos as required
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant individuals to arrange daily tasks
- Prepare all essential documents required by the Ministry of Health (MOH) or private hospitals' procurement departments for registration or delivery
- Obtain renewals and complete applications for company documents to ensure records are always current
