We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations In-Charge to oversee and manage day-to-day operations for the following specialized cleaning services:
- Grease Trap Cleaning
- Kitchen Hood Cleaning
- Water Tank Cleaning
- AC Duct Cleaning
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility maintenance or cleaning services, with the ability to manage teams, schedules, equipment, and ensure timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily cleaning operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise cleaning operations across multiple sites.
- Conduct detailed site inspections and assessments to understand client requirements.
- Prepare accurate and cost-effective service quotations.
- Allocate resources and manpower for smooth job execution.
- Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain daily job records, inspection reports, and client feedback.
- Communicate with clients regarding service needs, pricing, and job completion.
- Ensure timely maintenance and availability of equipment and consumables.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
