ey Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate medical care and life support in emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Perform advanced procedures such as airway management, intravenous therapy, cardiac monitoring, and medication administration as per scope of practice.
- Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately, ensuring timely intervention and safe transportation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and emergency staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Participate in training, mentoring, and supervising junior paramedics and medical staff.
- Contribute to research, audits, and policy development in emergency medical services.
- Maintain accurate patient care reports and comply with legal, ethical, and clinical standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or a related healthcare field (mandatory).
- Licensed/eligible for licensing as a Paramedic in uae
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in emergency/critical care settings
