Responsibilities
Reception & Front Office Management:
Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and students in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage the front desk, answer incoming calls, and direct queries to appropriate departments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, data entry, and managing the school calendar.
Manage visitor logs, issue badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.
Parent Communication & Engagement:
Act as the main liaison between parents and school administration.
Respond promptly to parent inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in person.
Share relevant school updates, newsletters, and notices through parent communication platforms.
Organize and support parent events, school tours, and welcome sessions for new families.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Maintain positive and supportive relationships with parents and ensure high satisfaction.
Track and follow up on feedback or concerns to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate parent contact records in the school’s CRM or management systems.
Administrative Support:
Collaborate with academic and non-academic staff to ensure smooth school operations.
Assist in coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and parent-teacher conferences.
Support internal communications and data reporting related to parent engagement and front office performance.
Skills Description
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or school liaison role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages (e.g., Arabic, French) are a plus.
Professional appearance and demeanor with a welcoming personality.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school management systems
