Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee efficient operations of all plants in Al Quoz, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
- Manage and supervise operations and maintenance teams to optimize productivity.
- Plan and procure raw materials (RM) to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Raise purchase requisitions for critical spares (planned & breakdown maintenance).
- Implement and enforce HSE procedures, maintaining strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance planning and quick breakdown resolution.
- Monitor production output, ensuring highest efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation for production, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 15-20 years of experience in concrete block manufacturing plants (MASA/HESS or similar).
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience with value-added machines (SB, Honing, Curling machines) – preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plant machinery.
- Familiarity with HSE standards and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Office for technical documentation.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in process optimization and lean manufacturing.
- Leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
