Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Brokers to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a remote position with full flexibility, offering a generous 60/40 commission split.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, list, and sell/rent properties in Dubai’s real estate market
- Handle client inquiries and conduct property viewings (in-person when required)
- Negotiate deals and prepare necessary contracts/documents
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and RERA regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of real estate brokerage experience in Dubai
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- RERA license is a plus
- Access to a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection
- Knowledge of CRM systems and property portals is an advantage
