Job purpose This is a front-office, client-facing role focused primarily related to sourcing new clients in Central Asia & The Middle East and managing existing relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General Duties
- Develop a portfolio of gold producing clients, mines, refineries, Gov’t institutions etc in Central Asia
- Develop StoneX Bullion and Market the products in the Middle East
- Market existing products and services to these clients
- Manage incoming customer trades, both physical, and, if appropriate, financial
- Maintain key supplier relationships, including, but not limited to traders, refiners and mines
- Support established business as necessary, including but not limited to, inventory management, daily liquidity etc.
- Support expansion of the business model into new markets
- Travel as required – this role will require extensive travel in Central Asia and the Middle East.

To land this role you will need:
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge and Experience - Extensive experience in a precious metals role- If required by management, passing relevant FCA exams- Knowledge of hedging as applied and required by a precious metals business- Have established relationships with relevant market players, including customers and suppliers- Knowledge of key markets in the region, products and prevailing prices- Strong communication skills (written and oral) – English & Russian Essential - Keen to generate new business ideas- Effective planning, organisation and time management skills- Commercial awareness
