Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Procore Administrator to lead and manage our Procore construction management platform onsite in Bahrain. In this role, you will spearhead the implementation of Procore across our projects, train staff on effective platform use, and configure workflows to streamline project management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading a Procore rollout, excellent training and communication skills, and the initiative to drive continuous improvement. Candidates should be currently based in Bahrain or in the UAE/KSA and willing to relocate to Bahrain. Industry background is flexible (construction preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s Procore implementation and serve as the system administrator for the platform.
- Train and support project teams on Procore features and best practices, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Configure and optimize Procore workflows to align with project needs and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience leading a full Procore implementation and administering the platform in a prior role (required).
- Ability to train staff on software and configure custom workflows; excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Currently based in Bahrain, or in the UAE/KSA and willing to relocate to Bahrain.
- Construction industry experience preferred (flexible if Procore expertise is strong).
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with openness to continuous learning and improvement.
