5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM
Skilled in Discovery, Service Mapping & Event Management
Strong scripting & integrations (JavaScript, REST APIs)
Familiarity with AIOps tools & hybrid cloud setups
Preferred: ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps certification
