We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement and Estimator with preferred experience in the fire protection industry. The ideal candidate will manage procurement activities and cost estimation for ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fire protection company is required.
key Responsibilities:
- eview project drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Analyze and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals.
- ource, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of required materials.
- Coordinate closely with project teams for material planning and tracking.
- Maintain supplier records, procurement logs, and inventory documentation.
- Ensure materials comply with project specifications and fire protection standards.
