Production Manager
Blue line Factory is locking for a production Manager as per the below:
Responsibilities:
- Production Planning & Scheduling – Develop and implement efficient production plans to meet deadlines.
- Process Optimization – Monitor and improve production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Team Leadership – Motivate and manage the production team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Procurement Coordination – Work closely with the procurement team to ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Quality & Compliance – Enforce manufacturing standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Cross-Department Collaboration – Work with project managers, design, and engineering teams to resolve production challenges.
- Production Reporting – Maintain accurate records of work orders, production reports, and inventory.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in furniture, joinery, or fit-out production management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, woodworking machinery, Finishing, assembly processes and quality control.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large teams.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
