The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and quality assurance of all academic programs. This role ensures academic excellence, regulatory compliance, and the effective delivery of curriculum, while leading and mentoring academic staff to support institutional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the academic planning, development, and review of curriculum and programs.
- Ensure alignment with accreditation standards and educational regulations.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development.
- Monitor student performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to enhance academic delivery and outcomes.
- Implement and maintain academic policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems.
- Drive innovation in teaching and learning methodologies, including digital learning tools.
- Represent the institution in academic audits, inspections, and external reviews.
- Coordinate academic calendar, timetables, and assessments.
- Provide leadership in student retention, engagement, and academic support initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in academic leadership or education management.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Education or a relevant academic field.
- Strong knowledge of accreditation and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead and manage academic teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
