Key Responsibilities:
- Handle clients' inquiries and guide them through the property selection process
- Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct viewings and negotiate deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a property consultant in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of both off-plan and secondary markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
