Overview
Job Description
- Prepare commercial and technical offers for the sales, operations, and projects areas.
- Responsible for the allocation of suppliers for operations and project proposals, after review with management.
- Provide support to the Supply Chain area so they can deliver supplier quotes in perfect order.
- Provide support to the Backoffice area, specifically in the creation of codes for subsequent creation of sales notes.
- Provide support to the contract management area in case of discrepancies or questions with the client.
- Maintain constant technical communication with local and foreign suppliers.
- Prepare offer and generate quote in the customer management system (Salesforce).
- Request costs for local and imported materials and/or services from the supply area.
- Upload all proposal information into the Salesforce system.
Job Requirements
- Education: Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer or related degree.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in similar positions in the industrial sector.
Technical Knowledge:
- User-level knowledge of SAP Sales Module.
- Knowledge of Salesforce (desirable).
- Intermediate level of English (desirable).
- Intermediate Office skills, specifically Excel.
