We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team for upcoming high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, contract administration, and tendering in the UAE construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full QS functions (MEP & Civil) across villa and high-rise projects.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and tender documentation.
- Conduct pre/post-contract cost planning and value engineering.
- Review contracts, manage variations, and ensure cost control.
- Track cash flow, process payments, and manage invoicing.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants.
- Attend project and client meetings representing the commercial department.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and FIDIC standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a QS role (preferably high-rise projects).
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract administration, and cost reporting.
- Proficient in Plan Swift, Excel, and other QS tools.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
