Quantity Surveyor

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing drawings, and coordinating with design and estimation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and measure quantities from drawings and 3D models.
- Develop precise Bills of Quantities (BOQ) using Excel or specialized software.
- Review design drawings to ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams to provide data for pricing.
- Prepare regular reports on quantities, cost variations, and project updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (UAE experience preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel (Revit/SketchUp is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
