Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets.
- Evaluate tenders and subcontractor quotations.
- Monitor project costs and variations.
- Prepare valuation reports and certify payments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in QS or Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years’ experience in construction cost control.
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost estimation software.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
