Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Experience: 6-7 years (UAE experience mandatory)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and commercial management of high-end residential and mixed-use projects in Dubai.
The ideal candidate brings solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, UAE market rates, and end-to-end quantity surveying for both pre- and post-contract stages
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets and BOQs
- High rise Building experience
- Pre & Post Contract activities
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
- Quantity Takeoff
- Review tenders and negotiate with contractors/subcontractors
- Track project cost-to-complete and cash flows
- Ensure contract compliance and manage variations/claims
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- 6-7 years of QS experience in UAE
- Familiar with FIDIC, CESMM, NRM standards
- Proficient in CostX, AutoCAD, Power BI, and Revit MRICS (or APC Candidate) preferred
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills
