JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Real Estate Administrator (RUSSIAN SPEAKER) who will play a crucial role in coordinating property transactions, managing documentation, and ensuring the smooth flow of real estate processes. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. Candidate should be Russian speaking.
Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize real estate documents, contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Assist in coordinating real estate transactions, including property sales, purchases, and rentals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and offering assistance throughout the real estate process.
- Assist in the management of rental properties, including tenant communication, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
- Conduct market research to gather data on property listings, pricing trends, and local market condition.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- They should have at least Experience of 2-5 years in Real estate or also Engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and real estate professionals.
- Proficiency in real estate software and office suites, including document management systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document management and transaction coordination.
- Familiarity with local and national real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
