Key Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and qualify leads for both off-plan and secondary market sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closing.
- Conduct property viewings, client presentations, and project briefings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Stay up to date on the Dubai real estate market, trends, pricing, and legal regulations.
- Utilize the company CRM effectively to manage and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Admin, and Management for seamless transaction support.
- Attend internal training, coaching sessions, and market briefings.
- Represent Daytona Properties professionally at networking events and client meetings.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales (off-plan, secondary and/or rentals).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Freshers with exceptional sales skills and a willingness to learn can also be considered.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Dubai Real Estate Law, RERA, and property transaction processes.
- CRM proficiency (Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut CRM or equivalent).
Languages:
- English fluency required.
- Additional languages preferred: Arabic, Russian, French, Urdu, Hindi, Chinese.
Personal Qualities:
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- High level of integrity and customer service orientation.
- Motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
- Team player but able to work independently.
