Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Leasing Consultant to join our growing team. If you have at least 1 year of experience in leasing/rental properties, a passion for real estate, and strong interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leasing and rental inquiries from potential clients
- Guide clients through property viewings and lease processes
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and property developers
- Stay updated with current market trends and available properties
- Prepare leasing documents and ensure accurate records
- Meet monthly leasing targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate leasing/rental in UAE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market
- Presentable, professional, and customer-focused
- Proficiency in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
- UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory
