Key Responsibilities
- Engage and consult clients to understand their property requirements (buy, sell, invest).
- Provide expert guidance on residential and commercial properties in the UAE.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with qualified leads provided by the company.
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transaction closures.
- Maintain client relationships to build a strong referral network.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, market trends, and developer projects.
- Work in coordination with internal teams (CRM, legal, marketing) to streamline the sales cycle.

Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate or B2C/B2B sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of UAE property market and real estate procedures (RERA certification is a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
