Job Description
We are hiring experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team in Dubai. The role involves managing both off-plan and secondary property sales, building strong client relationships, and closing successful deals. Candidates must have prior real estate experience in Dubai and a strong knowledge of developers, projects, and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property sales in both off-plan and secondary markets
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert consultations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay updated on Dubai’s latest project launches, property trends, and regulations
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support company growth
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market)
- Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Knowledge of major Dubai developers and communities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Currently based in Dubai (mandatory)
- UAE driving license is an advantage
