Role Overview:
We’re looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our team. This is a 100% commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for agents who can close deals and build client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new property listings.
- Assist buyers, sellers, and tenants with property viewings and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on Dubai property market trends, prices, and regulations.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote listings effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous real estate sales/rental experience in Dubai is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
- RERA license (preferred, but not mandatory – company can assist).
- Must be currently based in Dubai with good knowledge of local areas.
