About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market, with the ability to manage and close both offline and online leads efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and convert both offline leads (walk-ins, referrals, networking) and online leads (portals, social media, CRM).
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information on property values, legal requirements, and Dubai market trends.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, buyers, and tenants.
- Negotiate sales and rental contracts to close deals efficiently and ethically.
- Update CRM systems regularly and follow up with leads consistently.
- Stay up to date with real estate laws, trends, and new projects in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
- Proven record in sales or rentals within Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of key Dubai communities and freehold areas.
- Comfortable using online platforms and CRM tools to manage leads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
- RERA Certification is an advantage.
