Position: Real Estate Property Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and client-oriented Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist buyers, sellers, and investors in navigating the real estate market, with a focus on luxury and off-plan properties.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate new leads through networking, calls, and digital platforms.
Property Advisory & Sales
- Promote off-plan and ready properties to potential clients.
- Conduct viewings and provide property presentations.
Market Awareness
- Stay updated on real estate trends, new project launches, pricing, and relevant regulations.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through professional service and timely communication.
Negotiation & Closing
- Facilitate negotiations and support in closing transactions.
Target Achievement
- Work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in the UAE (Dubai market experience preferred).
- Proven track record in sales and client acquisition.
- Have own clientele and start work immediately.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and results-focused individual.
- Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle is preferred).
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Hindi, French) is an advantage.
