As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions between buyers and sellers. You will leverage your expertise in the real estate market to represent clients, negotiate deals, and ensure compliance with legal requirements while delivering outstanding customer service.

- **Client Representation:**
- Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.

- Prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs) to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- **Property Listings:**
- List properties for sale or lease, creating appealing advertisements that highlight key features.
- Utilize various platforms, including MLS and social media, to maximize property exposure.
- **Negotiation:**
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms of agreements on behalf of clients.
- Address any disputes or issues that arise during negotiations, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- **Transaction Management:**
- Guide clients from initial consultation to closing, handling all aspects of the transaction.
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals involved in the process.
- **Legal Compliance:**
