Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and provide expert advice on buying, selling, and leasing secondary market properties
- Conduct property viewings and build strong client relationships
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the secondary market (sales/leasing) in Dubai is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Good knowledge of Dubai communities and real estate regulations
- Must be based in Dubai
