We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Team Leader to oversee our leasing operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing, leadership skills, and the ability to guide a team to achieve high occupancy rates while maintaining excellent tenant relations. This role requires expertise in both residential and commercial leasing, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the leasing team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
- Supervise the preparation, review, and signing of tenancy contracts and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi tenancy laws, RERA guidelines, and company policies.
- Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Monitor the leasing pipeline, track team performance, and provide regular reporting.
- Handle escalated tenant issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated with market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate leasing within the UAE.
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi tenancy laws and leasing procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
