About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Property Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day property operations and ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions, including coordination with government entities such as the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and other regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all documentation and processes related to property sales, leasing, and transfers.
- Visit and liaise with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and other relevant authorities (e.g., RERA, DEWA, Ejari) to handle registrations, title deeds, and approvals.
- Assist in preparing tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and required documentation for property listings and closings.
- Manage property records and maintain an organized filing system (physical and digital).
- Provide administrative support to property managers and agents.
- Follow up with clients, brokers, and legal teams to ensure timely completion of all required procedures.
- Monitor compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the UAE real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of procedures related to the Dubai Land Department and other local authorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and real estate CRM systems.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
