Reception Supervisor for Medical Center
Location: Al Mahatta - Hay Al Qasimiah - Sharjah
Salary Range: AED 3,500 – AED 4,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Reception Supervisor to manage the front desk operations of our medical center. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a healthcare reception or administrative role, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth patient flow while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Front Desk Supervision:
Oversee reception staff, schedules, and daily operations.
Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
Train and guide new reception staff on clinic policies and procedures.
✔ Patient Management:
Handle patient check-ins, registrations, and appointment scheduling.
Verify insurance coverage and process payments.
Address patient inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
✔ Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate patient records (electronic & paper-based).
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and lab staff for smooth workflow.
Manage medical filing, reports, and data entry as needed.
✔ Compliance & Confidentiality:
Ensure adherence to medical confidentiality policies .
Follow clinic protocols for patient data handling.
Requirements:
✅ Experience: Minimum 2+ years in medical reception/clinic administration (mandatory).
✅ Visa Status: Own visa (UAE residency) preferred (or clinic may assist for the right candidate).
✅ Skills:
Proficient in medical software.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology & insurance processes.
Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus).
Leadership & multitasking abilities.
✅ Education: High school diploma (minimum); medical secretary certification is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
AED 3,500 – 4,000/month (based on experience).
