We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling, mail distribution, and office supplies
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support internal events
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
- Open to Female candidates only ages 25-33 years old
- Applicants should be locally available, preferably residing in Dubai.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- With pleasing personality and professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to assist and handle some HR-related tasks such as recruitment and training.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
