We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to handle telesales responsibilities as well as receptionist/front desk duties. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, support sales activities, and deliver excellent customer service, while also serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk.

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Present and promote company products/services over the phone.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain and update customer database and call records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues effectively.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and appointment setting.
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional front-desk presence.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently.
- Manage visitor logbook and issue visitor badges as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and couriers.
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a tidy, welcoming condition.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, booking appointments, and managing calendars.
- Support basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and document handling.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Prior receptionist or front-desk experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to handle objections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Professional appearance and a pleasant personality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
