Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment documentation.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide an excellent recruitment experience.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events such as job fairs and open houses.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring status and challenges.
- Support onboarding processes and liaise with HR to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination or similar HR role, preferably within the service or management industries.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proficient with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for talent acquisition and human resources.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
