To oversee daily operations at the recycling and crushing plant, ensuring smooth processing of waste materials, adherence to safety protocols, and optimal performance of machinery and personnel. The Supervisor is responsible for maximizing productivity while ensuring environmental compliance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight:
- Supervise the daily operations of the recycling and crushing plant.
- Ensure timely and efficient sorting, crushing, and processing of waste materials.
- Coordinate with logistics and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Team Management:
- Supervise, train, and schedule plant workers, operators, and laborers.
- Monitor employee performance and enforce operational discipline.
- Promote a culture of safety and efficiency on site.
- Equipment and Maintenance:
- Oversee the operation and upkeep of crushers, screens, conveyors, and other heavy equipment.
- Report breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team for prompt repair.
- Ensure proper equipment usage and routine checks.
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
- Enforce compliance with UAE HSE standards, company safety policies, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
- Implement and monitor safety controls for hazardous operations.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure output materials meet required size, quality, and classification standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with quality control teams as needed.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain daily production logs, material input/output records, and manpower reports.
- Prepare shift reports and escalate operational issues to management.
- Compliance & Waste Management:
- Ensure compliance with local waste disposal regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Implement best practices in recycling and resource recovery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in waste management, recycling operations, or crushing plant supervision.
- Strong knowledge of heavy machinery (crushers, screens, loaders).
- Familiarity with UAE municipal waste and recycling regulations.
- Certification in NEBOSH/IOSH or similar safety credentials (advantageous).

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
