Your Future Role :
As the Regional Sales Manager you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the O&G, WWW, Minerals & Energy Transition Sectors. This position combines technical knowledge with strategic marketing & sales skills to meet our customer expectations and provide optimized solutions for the various applications. Fully exploit, the market for the portfolio of Innomotics in assigned regions & customers to Increase sales for Medium Voltage Motors and Drives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a solid and trusting relationship with key customers. Maximize market exploitation and transparency by identifying & developing new opportunities to win new business for Medium Voltage Motors & Medium Voltage Drives.
Consults with customers on technical solutions & commercial concepts & offers in line to the client requirements, and/or specifications, during all stages of the sales process. Leads contract negotiations at all stages. Advice customers in capabilities and benefits to integrate Innomotics Portfolio effectively for their applications, as an expert in product & application.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand the market presence of the Medium Voltage Motors & Drives with Partners, OEMs, EPCs, Consultants and End Customers.
Launch of new portfolio elements. Leads and drives new program ideas which result in profitable market strategies.
Leads the development and execution of customer account plans to ensure the achievement of assigned business goals within assigned key accounts and/or markets & works closely with the Applications Team to develop pricing strategy and solutions for the customer
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the Oil and gas, WWW, Minerals & Energy Transition Sectors. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Accurately capturing and recording customer data and opportunities within the customer relationship management tool (CRM)CRM - Microsoft Dynamics365
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, industry partners, and regulatory bodies to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintains constant communication to customers & effective communication channels both horizontally and vertically within the organization.
Track and Analyze sales development metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, account development progress, forecasting & reporting on sales goals and additional initiatives to Regional Sales Head/ Senior Management.
Your success is grounded in
- You should already have at least 10-12 years significant experience in Sales / Technical Sales Functions for Medium Voltage Motors and Drives with strong subject matter knowledge.
- Strong customer focus and Passion for Sales and the flare of having excellent communication skills and know how to use the various IT tools to enhance communication and to stand out.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Excellent command of English, verbal and written communication abilities, with strong sales systematics and organizational skills. Communication Skill of Arabic Language would be added advantage.
- Extensive and strong experience in Medium Voltage Motors & Drive application know how in the O&G and Petrochemical, WWW, Mineral and Energy intense customers in the Middle East.
- Bachelor/ master’s degree in electrical engineering with master’s in business administration will be an advantage.
- Project proposals experience for Medium Voltage Drive Motors & Drives with End Customers, EPC, Consultant's and OEMs
- Strong customer focus and Passion for Sales and the flare of having excellent communication skills and know how to use the various IT tools to enhance communication and to stand out.
