Job Title: Relationship Manager – Direct and Indirect Sales
Location: Dubai
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Relationship Manager – Direct and Indirect Sales to manage and grow our channel partner network in Dubai. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between real estate developers and brokerage firms, ensuring alignment of sales efforts and achieving sales targets through indirect channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokerage agencies and channel partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact between developers and external sales agents.
- Promote and sell real estate projects through the broker network.
- Coordinate site visits, project presentations, and deal closures.
- Maintain updated knowledge of project offerings and market trends.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with brokers to build product knowledge and loyalty.
- Monitor the performance of broker partners and ensure targets are met.
- Provide feedback to developers regarding market response and partner feedback.
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate sales within the Dubai market.
- Strong network of active real estate brokers and agencies in Dubai
- Proven ability to manage channel sales and broker relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
