Image Advertising is seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining customer records, preparing sales reports, and ensuring efficient coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
- Maintain records and track sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
- Generate regular sales reports and assist in preparing presentations
- Respond to client inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills in English and Arabic will be an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
