Job Title: MEP Draughtsman

Job Description:
Universal BIM is looking for experienced MEP Draughtsmen to join our team immediately. The ideal candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical drafting and design. Candidates must be locally available in the UAE and ready to start immediately.
Open Positions:
- HVAC Draughtsman – 6 Nos
- Plumbing Draughtsman – 4 Nos
- Electrical Draughtsman – 4 Nos
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) using AutoCAD.
- Ensure all designs comply with local authority regulations and project specifications.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in MEP drafting.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage).
- Knowledge of UAE building codes and MEP standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
