We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to expand our customer base, increase rental bookings, and enhance brand visibility in the construction and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, is familiar with the construction rental industry, and can create marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, contracting, and industrial markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, site managers, and procurement officers.
- Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, networking, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless customer service and equipment delivery.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience (construction industry or equipment rental preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
