What are we expecting from you?
Role
- Review the customer's purchase history in system and follow-up with them what item required in a regular basis.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Purchase Department for Customers sales details
- Ability to resolve issues and find solutions to sales related problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and sales
- Language should know English and Hindi. With Arabic is an advantage
- Coordinate inventory section and Process the Order ensure timely delivered to customers
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in sales records, orders, and reports.
- Coordinate with accounts department and prepare reports in a monthly basis
- Ability to assist other administration works.
