We’re hiring energetic and confident individuals for a Sales Assistant role focused on cold calling and field sales. This is an excellent opportunity for those eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling and door-to-door outreach to generate new leads.
- Book at least 60 meetings/month with potential clients.
- Assist in creating and organizing sales materials (scripts, brochures, presentations).
- Accompany senior sales staff during meetings and marketing events.
- Help coordinate logistics for sales campaigns and client activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
Compensation & Terms:
- Base Salary: AED 2,000/month
- Commission: 20% on any sales closed independently
- Probation Period: 2 weeks (continuation based on performance)
- Tools Provided: Mobile phone, SIM card with balance, brochures, and marketing materials
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or door-to-door sales is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident personality with the ability to handle rejection professionally
- Basic computer skills for lead tracking and material preparation
- Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are added advantages)
