About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead sales operations, develop strategic plans to grow revenue, and manage key client relationships. You will be instrumental in driving business growth and ensuring that our sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet performance targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams.
Monitor KPIs, create sales forecasts, and present reports to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and manage pricing strategies to ensure profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience (2 years) in a sales or business development role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop strategies based on data and insights.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
