Job description
- Coordinate internally with other sales team, technical team and accounts for all projects,
- Excellent knowledge of all IT products,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers and suppliers,
- Knowledge of strategic account sales techniques/processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, develop business cases, and negotiate and close deals,
- Ability to lead sales and decision making,
- Candidate are required to generate business visiting clients, cold calling and emails,
- Generating leads and closing sales deals and meeting/exceeding sales goals,
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills,
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively,
- Meet with the clients when deemed necessary to discuss the company’s products and services,
- Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process,
- Expert in generating leads and maintain a customer database,
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients and follow up on existing/new opportunities,
- Good at follow-up with customer and closing the leads,
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives,
- Achieve Sales target set by the company,
- Submit weekly prospect report to GM.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have at least 2-3 years of UAE experience in IT Sales
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Previous experience of working with IT system integrator in UAE will be considered only and other irrelevant profiles will not be considered
- Self-motivated and target oriented
- Candidate holding a valid UAE driving license will have preferred.
